You can change your password yourself if you have an adi configured laptop. This will change your entire adi account password which is used to sign into your computer and email account. If you have completely forgotten your password please submit a support ticket and we can change it on our end.
To do this just follow these steps:
- Sign into your computer and connect to the VPN (open group apps) - this requires the VPN to be connected in order to work.
- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL at the same time
- Click the "Change a password" option
- Enter your current password and your desired new password twice
Make sure to use a secure password, it can not include your name and must have a capital letter, a number, a special character AND have a minimum length of 14 characters.
